Bliss Body Flow with Dana at Pahoehoe Beach

Bliss Body Yoga is a hatha flow class that will leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and aligned. BBY focuses on awakening sensation and building a strong foundation before moving into a more fluid sequence of original, dynamic flows that will challenge your body and mind in new ways. BBY is an all-levels offering with options to turn up the volume on either effort or ease. Class ends with guided breathwork and mediation to help you maximize and absorb the positive effects of your practice. Come find your bliss.

Yoga Big Island is not just a yoga class, it’s an experience. Our intention is to practice yoga outside, among the sweet sounds of Hawaiian nature, with soulful music playing through “silent disco” headphones, and dedicated teachers guiding you. You will be guided through intentional flows, combining strength, core work, balance, and flexibility, all to your favorite music. We are creating an experience that will tap into your mind, body, and soul, allowing you to feel connected to yourself, our community, mother nature, and the Aloha spirit of Hawaii.

The intention of this class is to build full-body strength, balance, and flexibility. Bodyweight training is combined with yoga poses to help you get stronger while still paying close attention to breath, and moving mindfully. This class is for everyone and can be leveled to meet you where you are.

Full Moon Flow with Sound Healing

Come together and be with community our monthly full moon flow. Join us for two guided meditations and a slow vinyasa flow. While in shavasana you will be played the beautiful rhythmic sounds of the chalice.

Yin Yoga with Angela at Pahoehoe Beach

Angela’s approach to Yin Yoga is, first and foremost, creating a sacred, safe, and soft container to facilitate optimum results. Her goal is to get her students into a parasympathetic state of being, fully relaxed, with permission to release tension and stress in the body.

She loves to nurture her students through the entire process with positive affirmations, encouraging prompts, and gentle reminders to stay in the present moment and allow distractions to fall away. Angela likes to educate her students about fascia release and what each pose is targeting.
